Yoga Training Volume 4

Learn each pose by watching it move, rather than trying to piece together the position from text or still photos. Yoga Training Volume 4 gives you 25 pose videos featuring a live model, with soothing voiceover and music to accompany your practice.

Use the demonstrations to follow each pose step by step and see how the movement unfolds. The videos are supplied in 720p MP4 format, so you can revisit a pose whenever you want to practise it again.
