Yoga Training Volume 5

Follow each yoga pose as a live model demonstrates the movement and talks you through it. Yoga Training Volume 5 gives you 25 short instructional videos in 720p, so you can watch the pose in motion instead of relying on text or still photos.

Use the beginner, intermediate and advanced options to explore different versions of several poses at your own pace. The videos suit a short practice at home, or a quick refresher when you want to see a movement again.

• Bent Plough: Advanced, 1:31 (AVI); intermediate, 0:59 (WMV); beginner, 0:37 (AVI).
• Boat: Advanced, 0:33; intermediate, 0:40; beginner, 0:56—all in WMV format.
• Camel into Child’s Pose: Advanced, 1:11 (WMV); intermediate, 1:15; beginner, 1:16 (both MP4).
• Chair and Child’s Pose: Chair has advanced (0:55), intermediate (0:45) and easy (0:45) versions. Child’s Pose has advanced (0:29), intermediate (0:28) and beginner (0:22) versions. All are MP4.
• Additional poses: Chill Yoga Poses to Ease Anxiety (1:16), Cobbler’s Pose at three levels (0:27 advanced, 0:37 intermediate, 0:30 beginner), and Corpse Posture (1:31); all are MP4.
• Balance and flow: Dancer Pose includes advanced (1:07), intermediate (0:56) and beginner (0:54) videos. Downward Facing Dog includes advanced (1:08) and beginner (1:09). All are MP4.

The collection uses AVI, WMV and MP4 video formats. It also includes the cover artwork as JPG files in both 3D and flat styles.
