Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been delivered or made available for download. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
No Refunds on Delivered Downloads Because our digital downloads, printables, and guides are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Defective File Exception If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., the file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not open), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your contact email] and we will either:
- Resend the file, or
- Issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Wrong Item If you received a file different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days and we will correct the order promptly.
Change of Mind We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds on digital products.
